Abstract

The purpose of implementing community service (PKM) through "Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa" (KKM) is to play an active role in contributing to the community in Kebonpedes village, Sukabumi Regency, in an effort to improve family nutrition through socialization of education on processed food and beverages from moringa leaves. The PKM implementation method adapts the observation approach, socialization, activity implementation stage and evaluation. Through this activity, the communityis increasingly educated about the various benefits of moringa leaves that they find in their surroundings. The results and outputs of the implementation of this PKM is quite informative and educative. In addition, it can practically increase knowledge and understanding of how to use and make processed moringa leaves as an effort to help improve community nutrition in a simple, low cost, and the main standard is easy to obtain in the community's environmental area.
