Abstract

One of the supporting aspects of buyer interest and one of the ways that we can make our business many buyers is through Digital Marketing. How Digital Marketing can attract buyers, we must think of strategies as attractive as possible in the way we must know what buyers like and must follow the times of trends. The use of Digital Marketing on a product in the Industrial era can be used as an alternative strategy in product marketing to make it easier for business actors to monitor and provide the needs and desires of potential customers, while from the side of potential consumers it can be used as a medium that makes it easier to find product information. In the implementation of group 2 KKM activities, training and mentoring in digital marketing training practices are included as part of the program plan implemented. The results of the evaluation showed that MSME players who were initially not familiar with the world of digital marketing have now been able to master the world of digital marketing, namely e-commerce and social media on Facebook and Instagram pages that had previously been helped to be made. At least simply, now MSME partners who take part in this training activity can create marketplace accounts, business accounts on Facebook and Instagram pages, also upload photos and provide product descriptions, copywriting, creation and marketing of interesting content to support their marketing and complement it with appropriate promotional programs.
