Suistainable Agriculture Towards Food Security

The use of yards as an effort to improve food security in Kebonpedes Village, through the use of yards can increase local food production. The method of implementing activities is carried out by collecting data including surveys, observations, fields, interviews and the implementation of activities. Community empowerment by utilizing the yard of the house to be used as a place to grow crops whose results are expected to meet the needs of individuals and groups. With success in implementing more efficient sustainable agricultural practices, farmers can reduce production costs and increase crop yields. The implication is that it can increase the overall income of farmers. Another benefit, farmers can market their products at better prices and increase market confidence or customers, users, and even other partners who need it. The results of the activities that have been carried out this activity are expected to improve community knowledge and skills to improve food security.
