Abstract

The purpose of implementing this KKM activity is socialization and understanding of the importance of exercising towards a healthy community life through exercise and morning exercise. The method of implementing activities is carried out by collecting data including interviews, socialization and implementation of activities, sevaluation of the implementation of activities. The implementation of activities is carried out by conducting socialization, using audiovisual video Mp4; and conduct demonstrations by practicing gymnastic forms of sports by sports instructors. As a result of the implementation of the activity, the majority of people who participated in the activity felt better after doing morning exercise activities. Participants who participated in this activity stated that morning exercise provides good benefits for the body. Maintaining health can be done simply, by doing activities such as morning exercises and doing a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle will have a good impact on health.
